Please note that we do not offer refunds for any of our services or products. UNLESS, warranty option was purchased. You also may not open a fraudulent dispute or try to chargeback, such actions will result in a permanent black list. Once you have made a purchase, you can receive your product by contacting us on Discord, Instagram, or by opening a ticket on our website. NOTE: Opening a ticket on discord and DMing on Instagram are the quickest way to get a response.

Please also be aware that we are not responsible for in-game bans, suspensions, or resets. While all our services are extremely safe, there is always a chance of getting suspended on pc. In some cases it may not even be because of our service. There are several reasons an account can get suspended on the gta5 pc version and there's always a chance that your account gets manually banned from reports or rockstar games admins. Under certain circumstances we do offer free product replacements or heavy Discounts for the next order. However we guarantee you that all our console services are 100% safe and that you don't need to be worried about loosing your account on console gta.
